As a member of the Internal Sales Team, your day-to-day duties will include:
* Being first point of contact for all customer queries.
* Answering calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
* Raising quotations and processing orders via our in-house system.
* Scanning, filing, and emailing PODs.
* Dealing with courier enquires, tracking deliveries and arranging returns.
* Offering support to management when required.
