Job summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Thrombosis/Anticoagulation you'll play a pivotal role in providing expert care and support to patients dealing with clotting disorders. Our current service provides patient care across LUFT and within the Community setting, which includes Liverpool and Sefton areas. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and influence patient care, collaborate with the interdisciplinary teams and contribute to advancements in Thrombosis/Anticoagulation management.
