Temporary Receptionist / Administrator
Location: Bridgeton, Glasgow
Duration: 2-3 weeks cover
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (30-minute lunch)
Pay Rate: £12 per hour
We are seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Receptionist/Administrator to join our clients team for short-term cover.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and handling incoming calls.
Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Assisting with any other ad-hoc office tasks as required.Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
