The International Talent Programme Capability Partner (ITPCP) will own the design and delivery of International talent programmes, initiatives and processes across Twinings Ovaltine, to lead on the annual talent and organisational people data collection and reporting cycle and insights, including but not limited to succession planning, capability analysis and workforce planning.
As the standalone role for the design, organisation, and operation of key International TwO programmes and processes such as Coaching Academy, International Leadership Development Programs (ILDP) and International Connections Programs (ICP), the role holder will lead the design and operation of a wide range of activities including development programmes, Talent and Succession planning, and capability analysis.
Key Responsibilities
* Leads and develops the purpose and framework for our Leadership Development Programs such as ILDP or other learning programs taking into consideration both the People Strategy and Business Priorities.
* Takes business and local market priorities and translates them into Leadership development interventions that are required to support the needs of TwO.
* Develops a framework for learning aligned to the needs of the business.
* Creates, develops, and delivers bitesize leadership sessions when required.
* Aligns other talent solutions such as Mentoring and Coaching ensuring we have meaningful programmes in these spaces.
* Links ABF Talent programs and TwO development opportunities to ensure we have the right people attending.
* Provides a framework for mentoring across TwO.
* Develops and enhances the offer on Coaching across TwO Internationally.
* Can personally mentor a number of individuals across TwO.
* Budget management of any programs ensuring we deliver on budget.
* Works closely on the data collation of Moving Forward on People (MFOP) to build succession plans by functional specialism.
* Identifies talent gaps in the organisation and spots capability needs from the succession plans.
* Creates development interventions and programs where talent gaps are evident.
* Works closely with the Talent Team on career pathing and therefore what is a consistent need across TwO.
* Works with the Head of Talent / TA to identify assessment criteria for TwO across but not limited to:
o Online assessments
o Realistic Job profiling
o Interview process
o Online testing
o Use of Hogan assessments
o Internal testing for leadership programs
o Case Studies for business priorities
* Links the assessment process to PDP development.
* Measures and ensures that our assessment criteria is working and shows ROI.
* Develops a consistent PDP framework for use across TwO.
* Writes and designs people data reports, collating various data sources, and displaying information in a clear and engaging way.
* Collects, analyses, and reports annual MFOP talent data, ensuring that the process is user-friendly and straightforward to complete, identifying and making improvements where required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Experience of working in HR leadership across talent and organisational design.
* Experience of working across international HR would be highly advantageous.
* Passion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
* Experienced in delivering upskilling and training to a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong aptitude for analysing, summarising and presenting data.
* Demonstrates great stakeholder management at all levels.
