Main duties of the job
The post holder will work on a combination of NIHR portfolio adopted studies and commercial trials ensuring they run smoothly, efficiently and to target. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description and person specification. Previous research experience is essential, and applications are particularly welcomed from registered adult nurses with acute oncology, chemotherapy administration competence and research experience. Training and career development opportunities are available for the suitable candidate in this friendly and dynamic organisation which strives for excellence in delivering first class patient care. There will be a requirement to work out of hours and at weekends on occasions. There may be a requirement to provide cross cover in other specialties and work across other sites within the Trust. * Significant post registration NHS nursing experience in a relevant clinical specialty
