About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team at a primary school in Clapham, London. This role offers a competitive daily rate and an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on students' educational experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting teachers in delivering the curriculum
* Leading small group sessions and interventions
* Covering classes in the teacher's absence
* Providing tailored support to help students reach their full potential

Ideal Candidate:
* HLTA qualification
* Experience working with young children or in a school setting
* A passion for education and improving pupil attainment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
