The Aftermarket Coordinator is focused on supporting customers after their initial purchase, ensuring smooth operations. You will be acting as a liaison between the company and its customers.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1. Customer Support: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with aftermarket products and services.
2. Order Management: Processing and tracking aftermarket orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate fulfillment.
3. Parts Management: Managing aftermarket parts inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring parts availability.
4. Coordination: Acting as a liaison between different departments (e.g., sales, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
5. Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer orders, parts inventory, and other relevant data.
6. Reporting: Generating reports on order status, delivery timelines, and other relevant metrics.
7. Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in aftermarket processes and implementing solutions.
Required Qualifications:
1. High School diploma or GED.
2. 3-5 years of customer service experience in the industrial manufacturing.
3. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
4. Proficiency with ERP Systems, preferably D365.

1. Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal with customers and colleagues.
2. Strong Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
3. Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in order processing and data management.
4. Problem-Solving Skills: Address customer issues and resolve problems effectively.
5. Customer Service Skills: Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
6. Knowledge of Aftermarket Products and Services.
7. Proficiency in relevant software and systems: ERP systems.
ADA Requirements:
This position typically requires typing, sitting, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions. This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
