Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHC) are seeking to recruit Bank Level 4 Registered Nursing Associate (RNA) within the Community Children’s Nursing Team for flexible working opportunities within Birmingham through our Trust Bank.

As a Registered Nursing Associate (RNA) you will provide high-quality, compassionate, and holistic care to children and young people with complex health needs and disabilities. Working within the Community Children’s Nursing Team, you will:
1. Support health assessments
2. Assist in care planning
3. Deliver clinical skills, including medication administration, enteral feeding management, and emergency response
You will work closely with families, empowering them to make informed decisions, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to promote health and wellbeing. Working as a RNA, you will be responsible for:
1. Maintaining accurate clinical records
2. Engaging in reflective practice
3. Adhering to relevant policies and professional standards
Regular travel across the city to community settings, including homes and schools, is required.
