JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY:
To organise and deliver the installation of projects against a PM planned project installation programme and timetable. To ensure that installation times are in line with the planned schedule, whilst meeting Avanti standards of quality, customer service, professionalism, and discipline.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Responsible for leading individual teams on site to specific installation goals, from installation start to final test and acceptance sign off.
* Participate in meetings and consultations alongside the Project Manager and Installation Manager, with customers and internal stakeholders.
* To be on site for the full duration of the installation. This role involves significant periods of time working away from home, which often include weekends and public holidays.
* Work on the tools with the installation team in a mechanical or electrical capacity, ideally both.
* Organise and supervise site acceptance tests and customer training, along with the Installation manager, to achieve final project sign off.
* Manage the Avanti project delivery team including Installation Technicians, PLC, and Software Engineers, to ensure that each project runs to the project schedule and is delivered On Time and In Full.
