We are a growing Service which provides Therapy services to Hampshire’s children, educational settings and professionals. We need robust business systems to ensure that we are offering effective services, making efficient use of resources, meeting statutory demands, and fulfilling our traded work. A large part of our work involves responding to commissioned requests and traded services.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage business processes effectively, collaborating with others to provide robust data and financial/resource/people management.
2. Delegate tasks effectively to ensure timely completion.
3. Support others in developing skills to manage small budgets.
4. Monitor and report on resources and performance, using data to manage fluctuating capacity and demand.
5. Develop ways of collecting and reporting on data that fits with service needs.
Qualifications:
1. Expertise in managing business processes.
2. Proficiency in using Excel and other information analysis tools.
3. Attention to detail to quickly spot errors in numerical information.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluctuating environment.
5. Effective communication skills to explain technical information clearly.
You will enjoy working with others, sharing your expertise, and supporting them to engage with local financial management where needed.
