Your new role
As the Fundraising Manager, you will be accountable to the Head of Finance & Corporate Services. You will develop and deliver the charity’s fundraising strategy in partnership with the Charity Leader and Senior Management Team. Your goal will be to increase income from supporters, high-value donors, and corporates. You will manage fundraising campaigns, coordinate events, and develop donor relationships to support the charity mission.
What you'll need to succeed
* Educated to degree level with at least 2 years of fundraising experience, or 3 years of fundraising experience with 5 GCSEs (grades A-C) including Maths and English.
* Proven track record in developing and delivering successful fundraising events and campaigns, raising at least £100k per annum.
* Experience in building relationships with stakeholders and supporters through effective donor development strategies.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with a wide range of audiences.
* Excellent administrative and IT skills, including experience with CRM databases (preferably Raiser’s Edge NXT) and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload, working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car (or equivalent transport arrangements for those with disabilities).
