Your responsibilities will include: Informing and consulting customers about vehicle servicing, keeping them updated at every stage, and answering their queries. Liaising with technicians and workshop control on vehicle statuses to ensure timely readiness. Advising customers on the best products and services we offer. This is a dynamic and customer-focused role where building genuine rapport and understanding customer needs is key. Working Hours: Sytner Service Advisors work flexible schedules, typically including Saturdays with a weekday off, ensuring top-tier service for customers. About You To succeed as a Service Advisor, you will need: Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with keen attention to detail. A strong background in customer service, capable of maintaining high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
