What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking passionate and skilled Behaviour Mentors who:
Have experience working with children and young people, particularly those with behavioural challenges or additional needs.
Are dedicated to creating positive behavioural change and improving outcomes for vulnerable students.
Are adaptable, resilient, and thrive in diverse school environments.
QTS or relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential—your passion for supporting students and fostering a positive learning environment is what matters most!
