About this Opportunity
Would you like to provide excellent administrative support and customer service? This is an exciting opportunity to come and join our team of administrators. Due to the nature of our directorate, this role will be varied and will require you to have a flexible approach to support resilience within the team.
About the role
As a Business Support Administrator, you will organise and provide responsive, flexible, effective, and efficient administrative business support, liaising with managers as well as customers and other stakeholders (internal and external), ensuring a courteous and professional approach. This will include communicating across various channels including, but not limited to, face to face, telephone, mail, and electronic media.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is confident and possesses the ability to work independently in a busy, demanding environment, with excellent organisational skills and an ability to use their own initiative. The successful candidate will need to have good administration, customer service, and communication skills to provide our customers with a positive experience, with an NVQ 2 or 3 or equivalent experience or knowledge in a relevant work area.
