* Analyse property and construction project requirements to estimate costs.
* Prepare detailed cost budgets and cost estimates for new and existing projects.
* Collaborate with the construction team to clarify details and specifications.
* Review blueprints and product specifications to ensure accuracy.
* Track project costs to ensure they align with the initial estimation.
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure best prices and quality.
* Conduct risk analysis for each project to minimise cost overruns.
* Keep up-to-date with the latest construction methods and materials in the property industry.
Profile
A successful Estimator should have:
1. A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office.
