A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a UK known food manufacturer in the Worcester Area
With no day ever being the same the Maintenance Engineer role offers genuine long:term progression and career development within a first:class organisation.
Role and Responsibilities:
* PPM and reactive maintenance on conveyors / pumps / motors
* Boiler maintenance
* Responsible for performing planned and responsive maintenance to support the manufacturing equipment and business needs.
* Carry out regular checks as scheduled to plant and equipment
* Diagnose faults and signs of deterioration of machinery and reporting/documenting faults
* Ensure that all paperwork as supplied relating to your duties e.g. service schedules
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* NVQ3 In a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline
* BOAS Qualification Desirable
* 18th/17th Edition
* Food/FMCG industry experience
* Experience fault finding on PLCs
* Strong understanding of engineering principles and knowledge of equipment and machinery
