About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role in shaping the direction of teaching and learning within the English department. You’ll work closely with the Head of Department to develop and implement a clear and effective vision for the development of English across the curriculum.
The English department at Dinnington High School has been recognised as the most improved department in Rotherham, as evidenced by our most recent results. This is an excellent opportunity to join a talented and passionate team dedicated to enhancing student achievement and making a positive difference.
About you
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious classroom practitioner with proven experience of success in the classroom and a track record of strong student outcomes. Previous subject leadership or whole-school leadership experience is desirable but not essential.
