Position Details Role: KS1 Class Teacher Location: Grantham and surrounding areas Contract Type: Temporary (1 term initially) Start Date: Febuary 2025 Your Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons tailored to meet the needs of KS1 students. Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies to support individual learning needs. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and events. What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) within the UK. Experience teaching in KS1, with a focus on Year 2 being advantageous. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent organisational and communication skills. An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
