We have an amazing opportunity for a Service Designer to join our Business Improvement Team, based at our head office in Chatham.

You will be a team player and an ambassador for the Business Transformation Team. Be self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative to tight deadlines and learn quickly.
You’ll be involved in mapping and redesigning business processes, working with other members of the Transformation Team to understand the organisation's performance data and areas for improvement. Your role is key to ensuring that we effectively design new processes that focus on the customer journey. You’ll work across the organisation and with the wider Transformation Team to ensure that service improvements are effectively designed and delivered.
Working in a team of 4 that is central to the business, you will be a key part of the team working to ensure that mhs homes places our customers at the heart of our service transformation projects.
