Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEND. Work closely with SENCOs and support staff to implement individual learning plans. Provide differentiated learning materials and strategies to support student progress. Foster an inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued. Monitor, assess, and report on the progress of students with SEND. What We’re Looking For: A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent). Experience working with children with SEND. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching to individual needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
