Infopro Digital is recruiting for a talented, highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager to join our UK team within the Consumer Automotive Division, part of Haynes Group Limited, who sit within Infopro Digital’s Automotive division. Infopro is a global organisation with 4,000 employees based in 18 Countries and a turnover of €550 million.
As the UK E-commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving online sales growth and maximizing revenue through effective management of our e-commerce (Shopify Plus) platform. This position requires an action-oriented, proactive thinker with a strong understanding of online consumer behaviour, digital marketing, marketplace management, and e-commerce tactics.
This job is located in our Sparkford, Somerset office with a minimum of two office days per week.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure that our online offerings meet market demand and achieve business goals. You will analyze online sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to strategically position our products and inform decision-making. A strong understanding of e-commerce technologies and digital marketing will empower you to manage campaigns and initiatives effectively.
The perfect candidate for this role will possess a blend of technical, analytical, and creative skills, with a proven track record in e-commerce management. You will be proactive, results-oriented, and able to navigate the fast-paced nature of online retail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
* Manage the online product catalog, ensuring accurate pricing, availability, and engaging product presentations.
* Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to optimize performance and drive sales.
* Work collaboratively with marketing teams to develop compelling campaigns that boost visibility and attract customers.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies to remain competitive in the market.
* Oversee the integration of e-commerce tools and technologies to enhance website performance and efficiency.
* Implement best practices in SEO, SEM, and email marketing to increase lead generation and sales conversions.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.
* Strong proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools.
* Demonstrated ability to drive traffic, conversions, and sales through effective strategies.
* Excellent analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive decision-making.
* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, CRM, and social media marketing.
* Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
