Tudor Employment Agency is currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to work for our prestigious client in Great Wyrley.
Please note: this position is a 12-month maternity cover.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and office support to the HR Team in all aspects of the HR Service.
* Support the HR Team in all aspects of the recruitment and engagement process.
* Provide administration support at meetings as and when required.
* Ensure CQC compliance of all employee personnel files.
* Ensure compliance with all UKVI sponsorship and Right to Work regulations.
* Act with confidentiality and discretion at all times.
* Be responsive, diligent, and professional in all aspects of work and document presentation.
Key Accountabilities
* Provide administrative and office support throughout the HR Service.
* Maintain data for CQC and UKVI compliance.
* Maintain employee personnel files securely, following the guidelines of the Data Protection Act and GDPR.
* Develop and manage databases, with the ability to identify trends.
* Support the HR Team in handling recruitment enquiries and lead the recruitment onboarding processes.

* Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office packages.

* An understanding of employment legislation.
* Experience with HR systems (Fusion experience preferred).
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
Salary: £23,500 per annum.
