Location: Bangor Hours: 37 Hours Salary: £32,669.52 per annum ( If you use your own vehicle to attend events for example, we cover milage at 45p per mile) Contract: Permanent Interviews: We are looking to interview as soon as possible so would encourage you to apply at the earliest opportunity What you'll be doing As an Activities Coordinator based in Bangor, you’ll take the lead in designing and delivering engaging community activities across our hubs in North Wales. Your work will focus on supporting people with learning disabilities to build skills, increase independence, and connect meaningfully with their communities. No two days will be the same—you’ll be running creative sessions, building partnerships with local organisations, and shaping projects that are genuinely person-centred and responsive to what matters most to the people we support. To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be a confident, self-motivated individual with a background in working with disabled people, especially those with learning disabilities. You’ll bring creativity, great organisational skills, and a passion for inclusion. The ability to collaborate, adapt, and communicate effectively with a range of people and partners is essential, as is a strong commitment to the values of honesty, trust, kindness, respect and wellbeing. This is a hands-on role where your ideas, energy and empathy can help shape lives and strengthen communities.
