Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with senior team members to meet project standards and specifications. This includes:
* Managing financial aspects of projects, including reporting and commercial management.
* Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer/client focus.
* Working closely with engineering and design teams to optimize resource utilization.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, professional teams, stakeholders, and end users.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in project management or a similar field.
* A minimum of NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalent qualification.
* CSCS Card black or relevant industry accreditation.
* SMSTS training.
* Knowledge of CDM2015 regulations, particularly the Principal Contractor role.
