We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to support and develop our Care Professionals while ensuring our clients receive exceptional, person-centered care in their own homes. What You’ll Be Doing:
Supervising & Supporting – Guide and mentor Care Professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.
Quality Monitoring – Conduct client visits to assess care standards and satisfaction.
Hands-On Care – Provide direct care when required, demonstrating best practices.
Administrative Duties – Manage scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
On-Call Responsibilities – Participate in weekend and evening rotas as needed.
Client Relations – Address client concerns and feedback professionally and promptly.
Service Improvement – Contribute to the continuous enhancement of care services.
Compliance & Best Practices – Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure adherence.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in Care – Proven experience in delivering high-quality care services.
✅ Strong Leadership – Ability to coach, mentor, and support Care Professionals.
✅ Excellent Communication – Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
✅ Flexibility – Willingness to work various shift patterns, including weekends and evenings.
✅ Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Technical & Administrative Skills – Basic computer skills and proficiency in record-keeping.
✅ Knowledge of Regulations – Understanding of care industry best practices and compliance.
✅ Personal Qualities – Empathy, patience, professionalism, and a commitment to confidentiality
