Labor shortages loom, as the demands on our built environment rise. With the world’s workforce increasingly moving away from undesirable tasks, the manufacturing, construction, and logistics industries critical to our daily lives are left exposed.
By deploying our general-purpose humanoid robots in environments deemed hazardous or monotonous, we envision a future where human well-being is safeguarded while closing the gaps in critical global labour needs.
Area of Responsibilities:
Founder Support:
* Managing the founder’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, reminders, and ensuring adherence to the schedule.
* Organizing and managing Zoom meetings, including sending invitations and ensuring all necessary details are in place.
* Attending meetings, taking detailed minutes, and distributing action points to relevant parties.
* Tracking the completion of tasks assigned by the founder and monitoring deadlines.
Material Preparation:
* Drafting and editing speeches for meetings and public appearances.
* Creating presentations for internal and external events.
* Managing and updating Excel spreadsheets to support business analytics and reporting.
* Assist in compiling and analysing data for business reports and presentations
Networking and Coordination:
* Communicating with partners, clients, and team members.
* Assist in managing and updating contact lists including customer and vendor information(Excel and AirTable)
* Maintaining and strengthening the founder’s professional network.
General administrative support:
* Provide additional administrative support to the business assistant as required.
Requirements:
* At least 5+ years of experience as a business assistant or personal assistant in Tech/IT industries.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Zoom.
* Ability to work in Jira, Slack, Notion.
* Fluent written and spoken English and Russian.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
* Proactive approach to task execution and a results-oriented mindset.
* Willingness to work in a 24/7 mode as part of a team with another assistant.
