Kingdom Local Authority Support (Kingdom) are currently recruiting an Environmental Enforcement Administrator in our Sidcup Office, DA14 area.
Working for Kingdom Local Authority Support you will be provided with knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Environmental Protection Act 1990, Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014, London Local Authorities Act 1990, and other applicable laws used by our teams at the Council.
You will implement robust back of office administration and support for the Local Authority Support (LAS) division and its management team.
Hours: On average 37.5 hours per week, 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm.
Pay Rate: £25,642.50 Per Annum.

Responsibilities:

* Follow best-in-class administration procedures, meeting individual KPIs.
* Deal with representations from external stakeholders including clients and members of the public in relation to the service.
* Work closely with customer service and operations team in relation to complaints regarding the service.
* Produce and quality assure prosecution files.
* Quality assure Fixed Penalty Notices.
* Assist and support administration on other sites where required.
* Support and action queries/issues raised by management and Team Leaders.
* Meet company expectations and maintain the standards expected.
* Comply with Data Protection policies and processes in relation to the administration of the sites you are covering.
What we need from you - skill base requirements:
* Proficiency in Excel and Word.
* Demonstrated hardworking, disciplined, adaptable, and "can do" attitude with a strategic outlook and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, at various business levels.
* Exceptional organisational, planning, and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
* A fast learner with a proactive approach to personal development and a willingness to acquire new skills and responsibilities.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Environmental Protection Act 1990, Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014, London Local Authorities Act 1990, and other applicable laws used by our teams at the Council.
Experience:
* 1 year customer service is preferable administration experience.
