Responsibilities:
* Design engaging, user-friendly, and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
* Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing (including interviews and surveys) to drive informed design decisions.
* Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all products and streamline the design process.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma to visualize and refine user flows.
* Apply expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and visual principles (typography, color theory, spacing, and component-based design) to enhance user experiences.
* Leverage data-driven insights and user feedback to continuously improve designs and optimize usability.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrate creativity and a keen eye for detail in all aspects of design.
* A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and innovative thinking.
* A degree in a relevant field or comparable experience.
Preferred Experience:
* Previous experience working on projects in the financial services industry is a plus but not required.
