What’s in the role and what are we looking for? We are recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join our Store and Central Operations team. The successful candidate will work to support the management of Cotton Traders Property, Stores, Health and Safety and Operational Admin. Database management for all building services, including document maintenance for compliance purposes. Stores: Support in the overall management of the Store estate. Liaise with our Stores to collect relevant information and data. Document management for all Stores, including managing the archiving of information. Store point of sale co-ordination. Supporting with any new Store openings and relocating Store processes. Ordering fixtures and fittings for our Store estate. Ordering signage for in Store, including point of sale. Composing newsletters and general updates Health and Safety: Ensuring all relevant policies, procedures and risk assessments are up to date and kept accordingly in line with legislation. Data collection and general communication for all Fire Risk Assessments. Complete inspections and checks, including record keeping for any legislative documentation. Operational Admin: Database and document management of the following: Company vehicle fleet management Company mobile phones Servicing contracts e.g. – fire alarms, generators, air-conditioning, EIRC Testing, Pat Testing and intruder alarms. The Successful Candidate will have: Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Commercial acumen, with a focus on the bigger picture. Strong communication skills, both written and verbally to build strong relationships. You will be interacting with internal and external customers. A pro-active and detail-orientated approach, with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel. Previous administrative experience. A desire and enthusiasm to make improvements and streamline processes where necessary. Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative. A can-do attitude with a collaborative mindset. Enjoy working as a team and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to ad hoc, one-off jobs. What’s on offer?
