Your new role
* Provide strategic vision and leadership for estate management.
* Plan, develop, and deliver estate management functions across all schools.
* Deploy Premises resources and staff effectively to support curriculum and business needs.
* Lead on Trust Health & Safety issues.
* Manage cleaning, caretaking, and other estates contracts and SLAs.
* Oversee Estates teams across the Trust.
* Ensure full use of the support help desk and compliance tool.
* Conduct regular site visits and audits, acting on findings.
* Plan and manage minor developments and projects.
* Manage and monitor estate budgets, adhering to financial regulations.
* Lead and oversee all capital projects.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain expertise through relevant training.

9. Participate in examinations and assessments.
10. Promote good behaviour within the Academy/Trust.
11. Enforce the uniform code and apply sanctions as needed.
12. Foster an academy learner mindset in students.
13. Be a positive role model demonstrating expected attitudes and behaviours.
14. Collaborate with colleagues to share effective practices.
15. Regularly review and refine work based on student progress and feedback.
