Job Responsibilities
* Simplify complex business data by collecting quantitative and qualitative information, conducting analyses, and providing clear recommendations to support decision-making.
* Collaborate in annual planning, ensuring timely consideration of market trends, customer needs, and global benchmarks, and work cross-functionally with teams to define concrete business development objectives for multi-year strategies.
* Ensure accurate and timely information is available to all employees, leveraging existing data for informed decision-making and new opportunities.
* Foster collaboration with key stakeholders to establish specific objectives within the strategic plan.
* Evaluate the organization's current capabilities and processes, pinpointing critical issues and gaps necessary for successful implementation of the organisation's initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years' experience in a global strategy consulting firm or a mix of management consulting and industry experience.
* Must have experience working on energy transition mandates, such as renewables, hydrogen, carbon capture and storage, etc.
* Strong skills in strategic intelligence, business planning, financial valuation or modelling.
* Highly motivated and driven, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build long-lasting client relationships.
* Ability to interact and engage with the C-level management and executive leadership team.
