Role:
We have a new opportunity for a Project Coordinator to support one of Pace’s government clients. This project involves the delivery of a brand-new IT environment in a highly-secured programme, enabling collaboration amongst suppliers and 3rd parties.
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
1. Support the Project Manager in various tasks such as project planning, scheduling and attending customer meetings, and preparing necessary documentation.
2. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project activities, contributing towards the completion of projects against defined milestones.
3. Maintain open communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders at Pace to ensure timely provision of project information.
4. Contribute fresh perspectives and ideas to enhance project outcomes.
5. Ensure project documentation and reports are up-to-date and accurate.
Qualifications:
1. Ideally, you will have some project-based experience working as an Analyst / Associate supporting a PM on a project.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proven organizational skills with an eye for detail. Proficient using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Strong relationship building skills, necessary to working in a complex multi-vendor environment.
