What does this Senior Care Assistant job involve?
Hours of Work: 37 Hours Per Week - Shifts: (This can vary) 07:30 - 15:00 / 14:00 - 21:30 + Alternating Weekends
Dedicated to a personalised approach, our team orchestrates bespoke care that seamlessly aligns with the unique needs of each resident. From facilitating daily activities to tending to nutritional requirements, medication administration, healthcare facilitation, and personal care – we cover it all.
Your role will encompass:
• Exercising leadership within your designated unit
• Ensuring care plans are meticulously reviewed and updated
• Providing personal care services to residents
• Overseeing medication administration
• Curating a vibrant spectrum of social activities during every shift.
Am I the right person for this Senior Care Assistant job?
For this position we require:
• A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (essential).
• A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (desirable - or willingness to work towards).
• Substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents.
