Compliance Coordinator
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm, 37.5 hours per week
On behalf of our client based near Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for a Compliance Coordinator to join a supportive and friendly team in a newly created position based in the head office. The successful candidate will be maintaining a bespoke in-house database, assisting in the scheduling of work, and answering client telephone calls and email inquiries.
We are looking for:
1. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
2. A confident and outgoing personality with a can-do attitude
3. Previous Customer Service experience within an office environment (desirable)
4. Access to your own transport (essential)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answering client telephone calls and email inquiries
2. Updating the CRM and converting information into Excel Spreadsheets
3. Speaking to clients and scheduling appointments, upselling where possible
4. Checking time frames of work already scheduled to ensure it's within the correct time frame for compliance
5. Resolving any customer/client issues
6. Monitoring the progress of cases
7. Uploading certificates to the CRM
8. Reacting to inbound calls and emails
Key Skills and Attributes:
1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
2. Excellent time management skills
3. Computer literate and experienced working with Excel and database packages
4. A confident and outgoing personality with a can-do attitude
5. Organised with a keen eye for detail
6. A people person with a friendly manner and the ability to engage and communicate well
7. A team player who is happy to assist other team members and collaborate with operational departments
8. Customer Service experience in an office environment (highly desirable)
