Your new role
This is a 50/50 audit and accounts split role where you will be responsible for finalising and preparing for year-end, management accounts, and the associated tax computations for a diverse portfolio of non-audit clients. Alongside your accounts work, you will take an active part in all areas of an audit from planning through to completion, managing your own audit clients, developing strong client knowledge and relationships. Day-to-day duties will also include leading the audit team and training/reviewing the more junior members within the firm.
What you'll need to succeed
The firm is seeking a professional accounts and audit senior who possesses previous experience within practice, preparing statutory and management accounts as well as being able to confidently lead audit engagements with some exposure to training junior team members. Additionally, you will be ACA/ACCA qualified. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and client-facing skills, enabling you to develop strong internal and external relationships.
