In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training and coaching sessions to help students complete their apprenticeships. You will coordinate with both learners & employers to conduct progress report meetings, and you will also work alongside the Engineering delivery team to help develop the apprenticeship training materials. You will play an important part in inspiring apprentices to fulfil their potential and develop the skills to become a qualified engineer.
The successful candidate for this role will be an engineer with strong mechanical knowledge and experience who has completed an apprenticeship of their own. They will have a solid level of industry experience and will be willing to work towards obtaining a Teaching qualification.

The Role:
1. Delivering training sessions to engineering apprentices
