Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our luxurious, five-star establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in our food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality. This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire and motivate a team while upholding our luxury brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations in our Landline restaurant, bar, Garden Rooms and room service.
* Ensure consistent delivery of five-star service and exceed guest expectations.
* Assist in training and mentoring food and beverage staff.
* Monitor and maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and menu knowledge.
* Handle guest inquiries, concerns and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
* Maintain inventory control and ensure efficient stock management.
* Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions to enhance service excellence.
