Front Office Manager
Our Amersham based hospitality client are seeking an experienced individual to join their well reputed hotel settings as Front Office Manager. This role is full time permanent, 40 hours per week - shift work between 7am - 11pm, two weekends per month and occasional night shift required.
What will you be doing
As Front Office Manager, you will oversee that the front office runs smoothly across the settings, ensuring the staff are providing a high standard of service, within the housekeeping, reception and nights teams. You will also carry out front of house and reception duties, deal with room reservations, deal with health and safety and more.
What skills will you have?
You will have experience leading teams and/or working a front of house role within the hospitality industry. You will be flexible, motivated, use initiative and be happy to support where needed including ad hoc tasks. You will work well in a team and have a strong desire to provide a high-quality service for guests, you will be approachable and have fantastic communication skills.
