What you will do:
1. Prepare and coordinate investment committee documentation, including meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting materials
2. Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions for investment committee materials
3. Track and report on technology investment decisions and their implementation status
4. Create and maintain cost transparency reports, including detailed breakdowns of technology investments and their ROI
5. Support the development of investment business cases and their ongoing monitoring
6. Assist the Technology Strategy Delivery Lead in translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans
7. Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and track project progress
8. Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and track project performance
9. Create and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and project metrics
10. Generate regular status reports and updates for stakeholders
11. Support the coordination of multiple technology projects simultaneously
12. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
13. Help gather data and information for business case development
14. Research emerging technologies and industry trends
15. Schedule and coordinate stakeholder meetings and workshops
16. Maintain stakeholder communication plans and engagement tracking

What you will need:
1. Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
2. Experience in project coordination or business analysis, ideally within financial services
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
4. Excellent organisational and documentation skills
5. Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools
6. Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
9. Experience with automation tools and reporting solutions
10. Understanding of technology trends and digital transformation
11. Knowledge of cost management and financial analysis
12. Familiarity with governance processes and committee operations
