We are excited to be looking for a Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team at Emirates Old Trafford.

Emirates Old Trafford, home of Lancashire Cricket, is an award-winning world-class stadium and venue. It is recognised as one of the UK’s most prestigious venues for sport, business, leisure and entertainment with a capacity of up to 50,000 people for concerts; 26,000 for international cricket matches; meetings and events spaces for up to 2,000 delegates and a four-star hotel with 250 rooms.

Key Responsibilities
As a Graphic Designer within our Marketing Department you will be responsible for:
* Delivering designed content for various platforms (Email, Print, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
* Leading the creative development of campaigns across cricket and venue, creating graphics inspired by the Club’s creative suite and driving the Lancashire Cricket/Emirates Old Trafford brand forward visually.
* Collaborating with the Brand and Venue Marketing Manager to maintain consistent branding across Emirates Old Trafford and any content created.
* Collaborating with the Content Team to enhance storytelling through visual elements in videos.
* Reviewing and revising content based on feedback, ensuring that all graphics align with the brand’s visual identity and creative standards.
* Supporting the wider Marketing team with creative ideas to support marketing campaign delivery for the Club’s fan initiatives to increase fans of Lancashire Cricket, first-party data and marketability.
* Assisting TeamCo to support with any content creation of the Manchester-based The Hundred team where relevant or required.
* Assisting the marketing team with any creative graphic requirements.
* Staying informed about the latest graphics trends, tools, and technologies.
Essential Requirements
* Spirited and driven individual who is looking to make an impact and support the Club’s vision of becoming ‘The best place to enjoy cricket in the world.’
* Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In-Design and a strong knowledge of the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong sense of design and ability to think creatively and contribute original ideas to projects.
* Creative flair with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output.
* Strong time management and organisational skills, can work at a fast pace to deliver assets with tight timelines.
* An ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and feedback. A proactive attitude towards personal and professional growth.
* A team player who can communicate effectively across departments.
* Competent using Microsoft Office packages.
* A portfolio showcasing previous work/creative assets is required.
* Strong understanding of composition, typography and visual storytelling – attention to detail is key.
* Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign - confident in creating polished graphics and engaging visual content.
* Able to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
