Senior Personal Assistant We are excited to be partnering with a leading client in South Manchester who is looking for a highly skilled Senior Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional administrative support to senior executives. Efficiently manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare and revise correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision and attention to detail. Safeguard sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Maintain and organise filing systems to ensure easy accessibility and accuracy. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, communicating effectively and professionally. Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate setting. Outstanding organisational and time management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software. Exhibits discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information. Familiarity with office management systems and procedures. Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
