About Us: MI5 keeps the country safe from serious threats like terrorism and attempts by states to harm the UK, its people, and its way of life. Senior Scrum Master: As a Senior Scrum Master within our organisation, you’ll work with multiple teams to deliver our most complex products. Your responsibilities will include ensuring cohesive delivery across teams, coaching them in Agile best practices, and removing impediments that affect multiple teams. Scrum Master: In the role of Scrum Master, you’ll collaborate with teams to deliver products for our customers, ensuring the team performs to the best of their ability and overcomes any issues or dependencies. Collaborative and communicative, you’ll support the team to engage, coordinate, and cooperate in resolving issues effectively in an ever-evolving environment, coaching them as you help to implement the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). About You: As a Scrum Master or Senior Scrum Master you’ll focus on the needs of the team. Whether you already have a Scrum Master certification, experience as a Scrum Master, or are in a role within an Agile framework, this might be the role for you. You’ll possess strong organisation skills and will be comfortable planning your own and others’ time.
