Due to rapid growth and investment, we’re seeking a tenacious Enterprise Sales Director to spearhead global new business development. This individual contributor role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
The Role
-Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close $150k+ enterprise deals.
-Engage directly with C-level and VP marketing executives of Fortune 500 brands.
-Collaborate with a skilled SDR, sales engineer, and insights team while leveraging a generous travel/entertainment budget to build face-to-face relationships, navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals
-Drive substantial revenue growth and take ownership of a robust sales pipeline.
What We’re Looking For
-Hunter Mentality: Proven track record in generating new business and securing net-new clients, with examples of high-value deals closed.
- MarTech Expertise: Deep understanding of analytics, insights, and measurement platforms; experience selling to CMOs or senior marketing leaders.
-B2B SaaS Sales Success: 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, targeting enterprise brands; proficiency with sales frameworks like MEDDPICC.
-Data-Driven Sales Approach: Strong ability to use analytics, sales tools, and dashboards to optimize strategy and outcomes.
-Complex Sales Cycle: Experience managing multi-stakeholder negotiations and closing high-value, long-cycle contracts.
-Global Client Experience: Demonstrated success with international brands, building long-term partnerships.
-Resilience in High-Growth Environments: Thrives in scale-up environments, with adaptability, grit, and a self-starter attitude.
