DevOps Engineer

What you'll be doing:
This is a new opportunity for a DevOps / Platform engineer to join a team of dedicated IT professionals delivering solutions into the organization. This role is suitable for an experienced DevOps engineer with a strong technical background in cloud technologies, chiefly Azure.
1. Work with the architecture team to create low-level design documentation, based on the provided high-level designs.
2. Deliver cloud-based resources and services that implement the low-level designs.
3. Provide consultancy to the software engineering teams to deliver solutions, focussed on but not limited to Azure technologies.
4. Ensure delivered solution follows defined design process and company governance procedures and processes through design reviews.
What we’re looking for:
1. Public Cloud expertise, including IaaS, PaaS, Serverless, Microservices, SaaS - particularly Azure.
2. Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code scripting languages such as Bicep / Terraform / ARM templates, PowerShell, AZ-CLI.
3. Experience with securing/hardening cloud environments and resources.
4. Experience building and maintaining Azure DevOps Yaml CI/CD pipelines.
