Responsibilities:
1. Update and change reports and send them to the management team.
2. Answer inbound and make outbound calls to internal team members.
3. Complete tasks within a designated time frame.
4. Deal with ad-hoc email requests.
5. Any other ad-hoc requirements.
Qualifications:
1. Administrative experience with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
3. Well-organized, methodical, and meticulous with the ability to work under pressure.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with conflict.
5. Able to collaborate with others and contribute as part of a high-performance team.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Able to see the ‘bigger picture’ with a proactive approach to duties.
