We are recruiting for a Dealer Principal to join the team at our Suzuki dealership, based in Bradford.

About You
We are recruiting for a seasoned automotive professional with a deep-rooted passion for innovation, excellence and extensive experience in the role of Dealer Principal / General Manager.
This person will lead from the front, innovating and motivating the team at our Suzuki dealership. Communication will be an essential skill as the chosen candidate will be expected to confidently liaise with the Board of Directors and Group Managers as well as circa 30 colleagues on site.
The right candidate for this role will be proficient and confident in Microsoft office packages including excel, using this as a tool to analyze and evidence the successes and areas for improvement within the dealership. This person will be detail and result oriented, with a proven ability to increase profitability and performance.
