We are looking for an experienced Logistics Shift Supervisor who will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams within the Warehouse and Logistics operation of the plant. Safety leadership, man management skills combined with a customer-focused approach are essential and valued more than technical knowledge in this role.

Build a high-performing team by understanding your direct reports' individual capabilities and utilise them to maximise the value creation for the team as a whole. Work with the team to create personalised development plans, deliver meaningful coaching, and be involved in selecting and retaining the right people.
Drive the plant and business transformation plans by challenging the status quo and eliminating waste from current operations.
Oversee the warehouse operations, cooperating with the shipping team, sales team, and production teams to ensure uninterrupted customer service and manufacturing operation.
Profile
A successful Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor should have:
