EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Working for Severn Trent you will be serving the people of North Wales to ensure that their water supply is constant. As a Repair & Maintenance and Capital Projects Team Manager, you will be in charge of a dynamic and forward-thinking team of field operatives who will ensure that the repair and maintenance of our water network is completed on time and within budget while also participating in capital projects such as main-laying to keep the water moving.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
As our Capital Projects Team Manager, you will be part of our management team delivering R&M and network capital scheme projects across the whole of the STW region. You will lead and inspire an engaged team of field operatives to ensure that all works on the clean water network (pipework) are carried out safely, ensuring no one gets hurt as a result of the work we do. Our people will be supported by your excellent performance management. You will also ensure that all capital network schemes are delivered safely, in accordance with required standards and timeframes.
We will be looking for you to have experience managing teams, ideally in an outside working environment. We want you to take Health and Safety as seriously as we do, and if you have any related qualifications that would be great. A full UK driving licence is also required as you will need to travel to sites.
