Autonomous Maintenance Lead
Here at Kellanova, we are currently looking for an Autonomous Maintenance Lead who will lead the continued roll out of the Autonomous Maintenance program for our well- established Wrexham plant. You will be responsible for the coaching and capability building across the plant on principles and practices and have a strong link with the community across our European and Global network. This is an opportunity to work cross functionally to drive people engagement within the plant, to look at proactive ways of reducing process times and improve the performance of the packing line.

A Taste of What Youll Be Doing
1. AM Centre of Excellence - Leading the Autonomous Maintenance Centre of Excellence (CBN), partnering closely with the Continuous Improvement and Reliability maintenance workstreams.
2. Building Relationships - Act as the key point of contact for the European Automation Maintenance lead and partnering with other plants in the network to facilitate benchmarking, and knowledge sharing to ensure adoption of best practice approach.
3. Performance Tracking - Install/maintain Automation Maintenance performance tracking KPIs (key performance indicators) across the streams and build strong governance.
4. Dashboard Reporting - Own preparation of all Information centre/Kellanova Work Systems dashboard reporting in plant.
5. AM Workshops Organise, facilitate, and coach teams to deliver Automation Maintenance workshops.
Were Looking for Someone With
6. Experience in a comparable manufacturing plant environment.
7. Autonomous Maintenance Experience.
8. Strong technical & analytical skills, especially in use of excel and SF tools.
