About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join us in our ongoing development of a model of Trafford Family Help. As part of our developing Integrated Family Hub offer we are committed to delivering the right support at the right time, and in the most effective way for children and families through a whole family approach. The Family Hub Navigator, through relational conversations, will support families to identify appropriate support services, empowering them to make effective choices to explore activities and opportunities.
About you
We are looking for highly motivated, welcoming and approachable individuals. You will bring experience of working with people who may be in crisis, in a calm professional manner to support them to access appropriate support and services. You will be confident using IT systems and digital apps with the ability to communicate with a range of customers via phone, email and face to face showing compassion and empathy.
